All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. Sizes, materials and colours shown on product pages are indicative; because items are handmade, minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change product specifications at any time.
An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Orders made to custom sizes, with uploaded photos, or with special instructions are personalised goods. Please double-check measurements and artwork before confirming — personalised items can only be replaced if faulty or damaged in transit.
Payment is due according to the method selected at checkout: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or card. Bank transfer orders enter production once payment is received.
Estimated delivery times are 1–2 working days for Colombo and 2–5 working days island-wide. Delays caused by courier disruptions, weather or public holidays are outside our control, though we will always keep you updated.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Free delivery applies to orders over LKR 25,000; a flat fee of LKR 750 applies below that.
Standard (non-personalised) items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photographs, after which we remake and redeliver free of charge.
All website content, designs, logos and photography belong to Emerald Wall Art & Frames or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Artwork you supply must be yours or licensed for printing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and disputes will be subject to the courts of Colombo.
