Emerald Wall Art & Frames ("Emerald", "we", "us") is a Sri Lankan retailer of handcrafted photo frames, canvas wall art and wall décor. This policy explains what we do with personal information you share when you use this website, place an order or contact us.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, order notes and any special instructions or photos you upload. We also record order history, cart contents and messages you send through the contact form. Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited may be collected for site improvement.
We use your details to process and deliver orders, take payment, answer enquiries, send order updates, prevent fraud and improve our products and service. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Any photo you upload is used only to produce and preview your order. Files are stored securely, never sold, never shared with third parties other than our production team, and are deleted on request after your order is complete.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer and card payments are supported. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
We share only what is necessary with delivery partners and payment processors to complete your order. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.
Order records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes for as long as required by Sri Lankan law. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing emeraldwallart@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within 14 days.
This site uses a session cookie to keep your cart and login state working. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by default.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
