Delivery
Colombo and suburbs: 1–2 working days. Island-wide: 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed.
A flat LKR 750 applies island-wide, and delivery is free on orders over LKR 25,000.
Currently we deliver within Sri Lanka only. For overseas orders, contact us and we will do our best to arrange a courier.
Every piece is corner-protected, bubble-wrapped and double-boxed. Frames travel in reinforced cartons with "fragile" labelling.
Payment
Cash on delivery, bank transfer/deposit and Visa/Mastercard. Choose your preferred method at checkout.
Cash on delivery is paid when you receive the order. Bank transfers and card payments are confirmed before production begins.
Yes — card payments go through a secure gateway and we never store your card details on our servers.
Returns & Support
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will remake and redeliver the item free of charge.
Changes are possible until production starts (usually within a few hours). Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp.
Wall mounting and installation can be arranged in Colombo and surrounding areas — ask us for a quote.
